Return and Rescheduling Policies — Rent a Yacht PTY

  1. Minimum and maximum quorum
    The tour will operate with a minimum of 14 passengers and a maximum of 22. If the minimum number is not reached, each passenger will be refunded 100% of the amount paid or offered the option to reschedule the trip, depending on the client's preference.

  2. Cancellations by the LESSOR
    If for reasons attributable to Rent a Yacht PTY (breakdowns, damage to the boat or any other unforeseen event under our responsibility), or due to adverse weather conditions that prevent sailing (including official SINAPROC alerts), the client will have the right to a full refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the service on another available date.

  3. Cancellations by the PASSENGER

  • If the customer notifies their cancellation at least 7 days in advance , they may request a full refund of their reservation.

  • If notification is given less than 7 days in advance , no refund will be applied, but the tour may be rescheduled for another date, subject to availability.

  • In no case will refunds be issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the tour, regardless of the reason.

  1. Late arrivals
    Departure time is punctual . If the passenger arrives after the scheduled boarding time, the customer will not be waited for and no refund will be issued .

  2. Payments by credit/debit card
    In the event of a refund, if payment was made by card, only the value of the ticket will be refunded. The additional 6% card processing fee will not be refunded.

  3. Acceptance of policies
    By making a reservation, the passenger declares that they have read and accepted these policies. Therefore, subsequent claims for situations covered in this document will not be accepted.
